I have problem with my height.my height is too short & not incresing even ia ma of 14.i got information that to increse my height,i need to increse the rate of growth hormone in our body.so,i want to know "how can i increse human growth hormone in my body"

3. I had the same problem. Now, I take injections. They're expensive, but your insurance company can cover them mostly and you can give them yourself. They almost always produce results. I was 4 foot 3 and now, even though i've only been doing them for two months, I'm 4 foot 6 and still growing.
