Hi guys, my question is are there any ways or methods that can make me grow taller, ive already looked into human growth hormones but it just says it reveses aging, has anyone tired them? Im currently 5,7 in and would like to be 6ft

1. HGH can only help if you are actually deficient in HGH and very few people are. If you were deficient in HGH you would probably be more like 4'7 instead of 5'7. HGH is also ineffective if your growth plates have already closed and males usually stop growing at 18. Perhaps you may want to investigate a web search for "amino acids to grow taller" and another one for "grow taller naturally" but beware of scams.
