1. HGH is a controlled substance and should only be used on prescription. But otherwise, if the patient shows obvious signs of stunted growth due to lack of naturally produced HGH, the best time is just pre-adolescent and through the earlier stages of puberty.
2. Why would you want to do that? Proper nutrition, proper rest, and proper exercise will get you to your full physical potential. Genetics has a lot to do with it also. That other garbage can only harm you; leave it for the losers.
3. Tom's right, but caution you to go thru a specialist. If you have stopped growing, there is nothing you can do to start growing again...it's physically impossible due to your bones.

Good nutrition will augment the limits of our height, injecting HGH to stimulate increased potential of growing taller. HGH is a hormone that functions in a negative feedback loop. This means that the body recognizes the amount of HGH required for each individual to achieve a height which has been determined by our DNA.If HGH is used to increase our growth potential, then the anatomical structure gets a signal that it no longer has to produce HGH, and will atrophy.
