Can i reach the height of 5feet 10inches (5.10) Read what i have written below?
hi guys I am kaushik of 14 years I am a boy I am of height 5ft 2in (5.2) I am developing moustaches & beard I USE CODLIVER CAPSUELES I TRY TO DO REGULAR EXERCISE My fathers height is 5ft 4in (5.4) same as my grand pa My mother is of 5feet I must atleast grow to a height of 5ft 9 in (5.9) and atmost to 5ft 11in (5.11) i have read that between 14 & 15 years height is very much enhanced but i crossed that age IS THERE ANY REMEDY FOR MY HEIGHT GROWTH FASTLY? PLEASE TELL ME I HAVE DEVELOPED A LOT OF FEAR ABOUT MY HEIGHT WONT I GROW TALL ANYMORE? Read by arcticle and do what you plese. *********************************************** Increasing the Height By minootoo In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30. Cycling is good exercise and fun too. You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable.
